Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed for a hospital environment in White House, TN. You will conduct unarmed patrols, monitor access, and assist with de-escalation while ensuring safety and compliance.

This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate clearly. You will join a team that values reliability, situational awareness, and a customer-focused approach, with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company- or customer-owned vehicle.
• Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable employment history relating customer service or protective services.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment and console monitors.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or in vehicle and document observations.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and restrain individuals as necessary.
• Transport patients to the morgue, as needed.
• Escort patients from helicopter pad to the emergency room as required.
• Assist with evacuations during emergencies and disasters.
• Sound alarms and contact authorities as needed.
• Monitor entrances and ensure only authorized access.
• Maintain logs and prepare reports on incidents.
