Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and following site policies.
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner per established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare facility and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and direct visitors, patients, and staff while respecting restricted areas.
Document incidents and patrols, sharing information with site leadership or responders as needed.
