Inter-Con Security is seeking a Healthcare Security Officer (Unarmed) to protect patients, visitors, and staff in hospital settings. You will patrol facilities, observe and report safety concerns, and respond to incidents with de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration with healthcare personnel, and strict adherence to security protocols in a professional healthcare setting.

Competenze

• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Valid California BSIS Guard Card.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Current Baton Permit/Card.
• Current Handcuff Permit.
• Healthcare vaccinations (TB, MMR, Varicella).
• Live Scan background check and client approval process.

Mansioni

• Patrol hospital and healthcare facilities
• Maintain a visible security presence
• Assist patients, visitors, and healthcare staff
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
• Observe and report suspicious activity and safety concerns
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs
• Respond to emergencies and security incidents
• Utilize de-escalation and conflict-resolution techniques
• Assist with access control and visitor management
• Coordinate with healthcare staff, supervisors, and law enforcement
