Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• 1 year of experience in security, public safety, or customer service.
• Able to pass background investigation, drug screen, pre-placement physical, and ongoing assessments.
• Illinois team members must have completed required course (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide security services with customer-service approach and professional conduct.
• Detect and report hazards, manage safety and security procedures per policy.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols, assist patients, staff, and visitors.
• De-escalate potential disturbances and respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders as needed.
• Maintain training standards for radio communication, de-escalation, and safety protocols.
• Assist with traffic and crowd control and provide information as needed.
