Responsibilities

• Protect staff, patients, visitors and property from theft or damage and potential hazards.
• Monitor entrances and exits during emergencies; support safety operations.
• Maintain public relations and professional demeanor with visitors and staff.
• Escort staff and patients as needed; provide safe, empathetic care in patient interactions.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports on accidents and suspicious activities.
• Perform patrols and inspect security devices and fire protection equipment.
• Comply with Billings Clinic policies and safety standards.
