• Investigate thefts, disturbances, and other incidents; notify law enforcement when appropriate.
• Assist in restraining patients or individuals as needed and involved in protective services.
• Prepare accurate written incident reports and keep log notes updated.
• Coordinate with supervisors and respond to emergencies and medical incidents.
• Discretion and confidentiality maintained at all times.
