Tarian Group seeks a Hospital Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure environment for patients, visitors, staff, and medical professionals. You will provide a visible security presence, respond to incidents, and uphold safety policies in collaboration with the hospital security team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain any applicable licenses or certifications.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Access control: monitor entry points and screen patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Patrol and surveillance: perform routine patrols to identify safety concerns or risks.
• Incident response: respond to emergencies including medical situations and fire alarms.
• Conflict resolution: de-escalate and manage disruptive behavior professionally.
• Vigilant monitoring: observe and report suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Reporting and documentation: complete incident reports and logs for communication.
• Team collaboration: work with hospital staff and supervisors to maintain security.
