We are looking to hire a Security Officer. As a Security Officer at MercyOne, you will provide a physical presence for prevention and/or detection of adverse conditions which would place the safety and security of the hospital environment at risk

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic Life Support and CPI within 60 days.
• Law enforcement or criminal justice coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a physical presence for prevention/detection of adverse conditions
• Protect welfare of patients, visitors, staff and facility assets
• Interact with a variety of people and handle sensitive topics
• Collaborate with hospital staff to maintain a safe environment.
