Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Observe and remain vigilant for signs of crime, disorder, hazard, and unusual activity.
• Patrol on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to check for unsafe conditions, security violations, or blocked entryways.
• orally and physically de-escalate individuals as needed.
• Inspect security devices and fire control equipment.
• Screen members, visitors, and staff to expedite admittance.
• Respond to emergencies with calm urgency (fire, medical, bomb threats, etc.).
• May escort patients or staff as needed, and transport deceased when required.
