Responsibilities include investigations, reporting, dispatch duties and collaboration with leadership to promote security and safety across the hospital campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in security or healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to respond promptly to incidents and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital property to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies and requests for assistance.
• Conduct investigations, complete incident reports and document activities accurately.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, radio communications and access control systems.
• Enforce hospital policies and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Perform dispatch duties and assist with parking enforcement, helipad operations and other security tasks.
• Identify and correct safety hazards during routine patrols and communicate with leadership.
