Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Hospital) in Hermitage, TN, to safeguard patients, visitors, and staff across healthcare facilities. You will patrol, respond to incidents, and support access control while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals as needed.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or activities accurately and communicate information to site personnel.
