Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a hospital setting in Hermitage, TN. The role involves guarding patients, staff and visitors while patrolling facilities and supporting access control. Competenze

• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue and restrain individuals as needed.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management per site requirements.
• Document incidents and communicate information to site personnel.
