Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer — Full Time Hospital in Hermitage, Tennessee. You will protect patients, visitors, and staff across a healthcare setting, performing patrols, monitoring access, and responding to incidents with professional customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license in-state, at least one year of security experience, and compliance with vaccination and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state of location.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals as needed.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures as required.
• Document incidents and communicate relevant information to site personnel.
