Job summary

Allied Universal in Memphis, TN is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Security Detail to protect patients, visitors, and staff while delivering courteous service in a hospital setting. You will patrol, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

The role requires the ability to meet vaccination requirements, work in a morgue environment, and complete reports. A high school diploma and clean background are required; guard card or license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and follow reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with hospital staff and leadership.
