Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Healthcare Response in Memphis, TN to protect clients across healthcare settings. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide courteous service to patients, visitors and staff while upholding site policies and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site-specific procedures and hospital policies.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations following established protocols.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify hazards and access concerns.
Monitor access points, assist with visitor management, and support facility entry procedures.
Complete accurate reports and incident documentation for leadership and site contacts.
