Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include dealing with customers and handling stressful situations.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
• Must complete training and obtain MAB certification after offer.

Responsibilities

• Observe and remain vigilant for signs of crime or hazards.
• Patrol on foot, bike, or vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• De-escalate individuals verbally and physically if needed.
• Inspect security devices and fire control equipment.
• Screen members, visitors, and staff for entry to the facility.
• Respond calmly to fires, medical emergencies, bomb threats, or other incidents.
• Provide safe escorts and assist in transporting individuals as required.
