Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, escalating unusual or prohibited behavior as needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate with site contacts and leadership regarding observations.
