Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a hospital location in Corpus Christi, TX. This part-time role emphasizes de-escalation and patient-facing security, requiring responsive, customer-focused service and adherence to healthcare site procedures.

As a security professional, you will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Formación

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Willingness to receive required vaccinations for hospital assignments.
• Able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and assist with directions as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly.
