NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is seeking a dedicated Security Officer for the Day shift. You will help maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff at NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, NYS security license, 8- and 16-hour security training, and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 90 days, with renewal every two years. Weekend and holiday coverage is included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8 and 16 Hour NYS Security Courses completed.
• Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 90 days, renewed every two years.
• Ability to write and communicate effectively with all staff and visitors.
