Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and act as Officer in Charge when needed.
• Patrol facilities to deter crime and monitor access and surveillance systems.
• Respond to disturbances, medical events, fire alarms, missing person alerts, and other emergencies; deescalate and protect people and property.
• Verify visitor and vendor identities and enforce access controls to sensitive areas.
• Provide directions and support to patients and visitors while maintaining professional demeanor.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain logs; communicate effectively with team members.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and external agencies; participate in training and policy updates.
