Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Willing to work 8- or 12-hour shifts, including holidays.
• Respond to emergencies and enforce hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital buildings and grounds to deter and detect criminal activity and unauthorized access.
• Monitor security cameras, alarms and surveillance equipment for safety.
• Secure entrances, exits and restricted areas to prevent breaches or theft.
• Assist in directing pedestrian and vehicular traffic as needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports using the IMC Computer database and maintain daily logs.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and emergency services as required.
