Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors and staff with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide directions, escort assistance, and general information to support a positive hospital experience.
• Assist patients and families with mobility needs and wayfinding throughout the facility.
• Maintain a visible presence in lobbies and public areas to proactively assist guests.
• De-escalate tense situations using tact and service-oriented communication.
• Monitor entrances and restricted zones for policy compliance.
• Conduct routine patrols and report safety hazards or incidents.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, supporting clinical and operational teams.
• Document incidents clearly in security reports or digital systems.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary.
