Required: Armed Guard Card/License, high school diploma or equivalent, background check, and drug screening. CPR/Firearms permit preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Firearms permit preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required.
• Industry-specific security training may be required.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following security-related procedures and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and following established protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of hospital grounds, entrances, parking areas, and common areas.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and directions.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate information to site leadership.
