Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center in Leesburg, FL seeks a Hospital Scheduler to plan and manage daily staff schedules for nursing, behavioral technicians, and nursing support. You will coordinate with leadership to ensure full coverage, monitor timesheets in Paycom, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.

The role requires at least 1 year of healthcare scheduling or admin experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with scheduling software and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare scheduling/administrative experience.
• Experience with inpatient scheduling systems.
• Knowledge of scheduling practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide a completed daily staff schedule for hospital units.
• Monitor IPN staff schedules for balanced coverage across units and shifts.
• Enter and submit timesheets in Paycom; ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze deficits and adjust coverage.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality in scheduling and documentation.
