Recently recognized as one of Forbes’ World’s Best Employers and named to Fast Company magazine's list of Most Innovative Companies, Labcorp is seeking to hire a Hospital Director who will focus on new sales and relationships for our Hospital and Health Systems segment covering IN, IL, OH, KY, WI, MI, WV, and parts of MO, PA. The position will be critical to helping drive our continued success and growth across the hospital and health system segment.

The Sales Director for our Hospital and Health Systems segment will serve as the primary contact for hospital business in the North Central Division for Labcorp. Responsibilities include managing both business development and account management reps across the division. The Hospital Director will develop relationships with key accounts and decision-makers to represent Labcorp Hospital testing interests. They will generate new business opportunities within hospital reference laboratories in collaboration with Integrated Oncology to drive growth in the North Central region.
This position is field-based.
Application Window: Open through 5/8/25
Pay Range: $160,000–$200,000 plus variable compensation based on performance.
All offers are based on skills, experience, applicable degrees/certifications, and internal and market considerations. The position is eligible for bonuses and commissions based on performance metrics.
Benefits: Employees working 20+ hours/week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
