Job Responsibilities (What to Expect):
  1. Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists
  2. Create and implement business plans to meet sales goals
  3. Negotiate contracts and communicate the value proposition of the remed? System to hospital leadership
  4. Conduct performance reviews and support the development of direct reports
  5. Maintain technical expertise on the remed? System and reimbursement processes
Qualifications (What is Required):
  1. Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
  2. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
  3. At least 5 years of experience leading and managing sales teams
  4. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to sales conduct
  5. Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out):
  1. Experience in the cardiopulmonary medical device sector
  2. Proven success in strategic planning and implementation
  3. Familiarity with reimbursement processes and contract negotiations
