Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required; LPN with strong RM exp considered.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare risk management experience.
• Risk Management Certification required.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of OBRA, OSHA, Joint Commission, CARF standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate risk management programs across two facilities.
• Investigate incidents, analyze trends, and develop corrective actions.
• Report to regulators and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Provide risk management training and education annually.
• Support legal counsel with litigation and discovery as needed.
• Promote a culture of patient safety and continuous improvement.
