Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager I to lead and manage operational staff and client portfolios within the hospital revenue cycle. This hybrid role combines on-site leadership with some work-from-home opportunities, and follows a standard 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility as needed for client needs.

• Ensure timely follow-up on patient and provider communications.
• Maintain billing procedures and regulatory compliance.
