Versiti Blood Center of Ohio is seeking a Client Success professional in Columbus to align customer needs with Blood Services leadership, drive activation, lifecycle management, and retention.

You will build hospital relationships, monitor satisfaction, develop growth plans, and collaborate across Versiti teams. Requires a BA/BS and 4–6 years in blood banking or healthcare customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree BA or BS in applicable field (required).
• 4–6 years in blood banking/transfusion services (required).
• 4–6 years in customer service or account management, preferably in healthcare (required).
• 1–3 years in managing customer relationships and retention (required).
• Less than 1 year using CRM tools, surveys, metrics, reporting (required).
• 1–3 years developing professional reports and customer-facing materials (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage client lifecycle relationships and hospital engagement.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report needs to leadership.
• Conduct hospital visits to discuss performance and relationships.
• Develop inventory, usage, and waste metrics for customers quarterly.
• Support new customer implementation and growth planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional training and represent customer perspective.
