You will verify benefits, read UB-04s, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating across departments. On-site with growth opportunities and standard benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minim 1 year in healthcare collections or related field
• Experience with insurance billing and basic PC skills preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Familiarity with Excel and office software

Responsibilities

• Follow up with carriers to collect unpaid facility claims
• Submit account corrections and adjustments
• Manage denials, variances, and appeals as needed
• Identify trends and root causes of AR issues with management
• Collaborate with team and departments to resolve claims timely
