• Reports incidents or potential loss and involves police if needed.
• Responds to service calls in a timely, safe, and courteous manner.
• Gives directions to patients and visitors and offers escort when possible.
• Directs vehicle traffic around hospital facilities to prevent congestion and enforces parking rules.
• Assists in restraining unruly individuals and supports police when necessary.
