Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide security services with a customer-service approach, focusing on professionalism and compassion.
• Maintain a professional appearance, observe and enforce safety and security rules and regulations.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols, identify hazards, audits, and assist with directions and crowd control.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and service calls; de-escalate when needed and use force when authorized.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders; document incidents with timely reports.
• Liaise with departments to maintain security and deliver security awareness education.
