Qualifications

• 1–2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency with incident reporting and surveillance systems.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients, visitors, and staff; patrol grounds and identify hazards.
• Deter crime with routine patrols across parking areas and decks.
• Enforce policies including parking, visitation, and tobacco-free rules.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to escalating situations.
• Intervene in confrontations as needed and document incidents.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports.
