Placement Club is seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the UC Davis Hospital project in Sacramento. You will work on the owner's side with leadership, reps, contractors and design teams to keep information organized from design through construction and closeout.

Required 3–5 years in construction/CM, a bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering/architecture, and experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications.

• 3–5 years as Project Engineer or similar in construction/CM

Responsabilidades

• Manage RFIs and submittals, log and track, route for review
• Review change proposals, maintain change logs
• Review payment applications and invoices against contracts
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, track actions
• Monitor progress against schedule and flag delays/risks
• Perform field walks to observe progress and conformance
• Maintain project documentation in PM system
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, inspectors, owners
• Support punch list, commissioning, and closeout documents
