Qualifications

• Three (3) years of senior level accounting and managerial experience within the acute hospital or similar setting.
• Knowledge of administrative and accounting procedures and hospital auditing principles.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications and hospital information systems.
• Ability to learn, synthesize, make critical judgments, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify productivity trends and opportunities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement cost-saving measures and efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations on productivity performance for senior management.
• Forecast financial impacts of productivity projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate budgeting, variance analysis, and audit readiness.
