As a Hospital Procedure Scheduler, you’ll coordinate and maintain procedure schedules for a wide range of hospital-based cardiology services—from cardiac catheterizations to device implants. You’ll work closely with nurses, referral coordinators, and providers to ensure procedures are scheduled accurately, timely, and in compliance with insurance requirements.
This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Occasional travel between local clinics or hospitals may be required. Work involves sitting for extended periods, keyboarding, and frequent use of the phone.
