Morrison Healthcare at Mayo Clinic in Cannon Falls is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook. The shift runs from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $19.75 per hour. Online applications are accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders and serves customers efficiently at multiple stations.
• Completes documentation and logs as required.
