Responsibilities

• Prepares items according to daily production schedule and recipes.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per department procedures.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
• Takes and prepares customer orders at multiple stations.
• Completes production worksheets and logs as required.
• Resolves customer concerns and serves customers efficiently.
