Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring for full-time COOK positions at Mayo Clinic Charter House in Rochester, MN. The role runs 11:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends and a fixed pay rate of $20.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking, food prep, or back of house experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperature, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
