Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure steam boilers, compressors, and central chilled-water generating systems, adjusting controls and maintaining systems.
• Operate, maintain, and test emergency electrical generators and related systems per regulations.
• Perform periodic tests of boiler feed water and cooling water and provide chemical treatment as needed.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot alarms; notify supervisor of unresolved problems.
• Enter/close-out routine work orders and maintain logs of fuel deliveries and reports.
