Job summary

Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton is seeking an experienced Plant Operations leader to supervise and direct all activities ensuring safe, compliant hospital facilities. You will manage HVAC, electrical, and grounds, drive performance improvements, and coordinate Environmental Services, with a focus on Joint Commission readiness and high reliability.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or 3 years related experience.
• Knowledge of utility systems management.
• Experience in hospital operations and Joint Commission preparedness preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and complete Plant Operations activities to maintain hospital facilities.
• Lead performance improvement and ensure Joint Commission readiness for Environment of Care and Life Safety.
• Oversee Environmental Services Department.
