Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience as a plant operator; hospital setting preferred.
• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Associates of Arts degree in Engineering or technical disciplines in Plant Operations, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematic drawings and technical manuals.
• Light locksmith skills.
• Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic organizational and computer skills.
• Steam Engineer License, Electrician License, Journeyman or certification in a specific trade OR 10 years minimum experience.
• EPA required.
• Valid CA Driver’s License required.
