Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains and monitors high-pressure boilers and their support systems.
• Operates, maintains and monitors chillers, chilled water and their support systems.
• Operates, maintains and monitors all domestic water and hydronic distribution equipment.
• Operates all air handling systems and monitors building management systems.
• Performs daily water testing and maintains proper chemical levels.
• Troubleshoots and repairs plant equipment, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Maintains accurate records and responds to patient/staff needs promptly.
