Job summary

Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire in Houston seeks a Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator to support hospital-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives. You will conduct Chart audits, participate in fidelity committees, manage data collection and reporting, maintain tracking tools, and provide operational support to ensure program effectiveness and compliance.

The PI Coordinator also serves as the hospital's Patient Advocate, helping address concerns raised by patients and families.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Three years in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Skills: Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chart audits and participate in program fidelity committees.
• Manage data collection and reporting; maintain tracking tools.
• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure program effectiveness and compliance.
• Serve as the hospital's Patient Advocate and help address concerns.
