Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Boston, MA. The role focuses on collecting blood samples, preparing specimens for testing, and delivering accurate patient information to providers in a hospital setting.

You will work Monday–Friday, with every 3rd weekend, and may travel to additional sites as needed. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification or training.
• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience with venipunctures.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• AAMA or CMA accreditation.

Responsibilities

• May work with medical providers to coordinate patient testing needs in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Navigate hospital settings to attend patient needs across suites.
• Decipher, collect, and process complex test orders for hospital outreach settings.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
