Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid State of Indiana Pharmacy Technician license.
• Current national certification through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.
• At least 1 year of hospital-based pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers medications from the pharmacy to nursing units and returns items as required.
• Maintains unit-based automated dispensing cabinets and restocks as needed.
• Prepares aseptic parenteral admixtures and documents quality control.
• Processes floor stock requisitions and maintains proper logs and stock levels on units.
