You will work across central and decentralized areas, operate automation systems, and ensure compliance with USP guidelines and regulatory standards. Collaboration with nurses and pharmacists is essential for patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience or retail/ambulatory experience required.
• Active State Pharmacy Technician registration required.

Responsabilités

• Execute core pharmacy technician duties under pharmacist supervision.
• Dispense and prepare medications accurately with correct dosages and barcodes.
• Manage inventory, Sterile compounding, and controlled substances per regulations.
• Operate pharmacy automation systems and EHRs to support safe medication practices.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and other staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Support training and mentorship of peers and learners while contributing to quality improvement.
