Qualifications

• 1+ year of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience (retail or ambulatory experience also accepted).
• Active State Pharmacy Technician registration is required.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) or licensed Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) is required.

Responsibilities

• Executes core pharmacy technician duties with proficiency under pharmacist supervision.
• Dispenses medications accurately and safely.
• Maintains inventory, assists with sterile compounding and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe patient care.

Education

High School Grad or Equivalently educated

Active State Pharmacy Technician registration

Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) or Licensed Pharmacy Technician (RPhT)
