Job summary

A Pharmacy Technician licensed to practice as a Pharmacy Technician and registered with the State Board of Pharmacy in Arkansas is sought to join BHMC-Little Rock. This technician will assist the Pharmacist in medication distribution functions, IV compounding, and other duties to enhance hospital-wide patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have a Pharmacy Technician License with State Board of Pharmacy in Arkansas (in good standing).
• PTCB certification (Preferred).
• Pharmacy technician work experience within the past year or a graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Program.
• Able to meet or exceed all performance standards of a Pharmacy Technician I.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist in medication distribution functions and IV compounding.
• Perform duties to enhance hospital-wide patient care and support pharmaceutical operations.
