Qualifications

• Valid Washington state Pharmacy Technician license and at least six months of pharmacy experience.
• Accurate medication preparation and adherence to policy and procedures.
• Ability to work with clinical teams in a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver medications to Pyxis Medstations in multiple units.
• Communicate with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication issues.
• Perform pharmaceutical calculations and determine fill quantities accurately.
• Restock and replenish medications and supplies in the pharmacy unit.
• Fill discharge and therapeutic leave prescriptions.
• Maintain medication inventory and document all activity per policy.
